The Meet the Buyers & Experts programme provides you with a networking space that allows you to meet a number of UK suppliers (Exhibitors & Visitors) at BVE 2016, for 20 minutes each. This provides enough time for you to:
- Understand their offer
- Discuss opportunities
- Evaluate the potential
In addition we offer hosted tours at BVE 2016 where we create a tailored tour to UK exhibitors at the show who are matched to your areas of interest.

How Meet the Buyers & Experts works
Step 1: Confirm which days you will attend BVE 2016 and when you’d like 1-2-1 meetings
Step 2: Tell us why you are attending and they types of suppliers you’d like to meet
Step 3: We will do the rest! - We will create your online profile and book in meetings with UK suppliers for you
Step 4: Review your meetings and attend BVE 2016
Hosted tours are an ideal way to see the exhibition and meet UK companies that are matched to interests.
When registering as a Buyer we confirm the types of exhibitors you’d like to meet and pre-select a number of exhibitors to approach for the tour. We confirm 5-8 exhibitors per tour 2 weeks before the show and share summaries of exhibitor with you in advance.
